My Story

Hello and welcome!

My name is Vicki and I’m lucky to call the beautiful town of Dunblane, Scotland, home, where I live with my wonderful husband, Grant, our lively daughter, Aria, and our much-loved pets—Buddy the dog and Max the cat. You could say my yoga classes are a bit of a family affair! Grant is always working hard behind the scenes, and Aria loves to help set up (and even joins in when she’s not busy with school or gymnastics!). Some of my lovely students have tried to persuade Grant to teach a class, but I think that might only happen if it’s for a charity event—never say never!

As a family, we cherish the little moments—whether it’s a walk in nature or a cosy movie night (we’re big Disney fans!).

I’ve been teaching yoga for around eight years now, and my journey started with YogaBellies, where I trained in women’s yoga through all life stages—early menstruation, pregnancy, postnatal, menopause, and beyond. This gave me a strong foundation in Hatha yoga, and since then, I’ve deepened my knowledge by becoming a breath coach through YogaBody and completing Vinyasa Chakra training. My teaching blends all these elements, with Hatha at its heart, allowing each class to flow in a way that best serves my students.

The most important thing to know about my classes? Everyone is welcome! Nearly all of my students were complete beginners when they first joined, and we’ve built such a special community together. I’m incredibly grateful to have over 100 wonderful ladies across my classes, and more than just students, they’ve become dear friends.
